Bill begin his career with the United States Navy. He served for 22 years performing duties as an Aviation Electrician, Technical Instructor and Aircraft Maintenance Department Supervisor. He also served as a Military Inspector-Representative at a Japanese aircraft repair facility and five years in various maintenance and training positions during the introduction of the F - 14 Tomcat into the Navy fleet. This was followed by 14 years as a technical writer and manager with two major computer corporations in the development of technical manuals. Following a brief period of semi-retirement Bill joined F & E as a service technician in 1999.

Stephanie is our newest addition to the service team here at F&E. She graduated from E.C. Goodwin Vocational Technical School, having studied Industrial Electronics. Stephanie began her career with a major corporation in the field of copiers, document handling, and medical equipment. Her initial work there was in the refurbishing of medical equipment in a factory setting. She was then transferred to the field repairing this equipment in hospitals and radiology office. She moved on to the company's copier division working in the field repairing mid to high volume copiers. Stephanie brings 13 years of service experience with her to F&E.
